What information do you need to sell or lease my property?
Start with the property address, type, approximate size, occupancy, condition, and your relationship to the property. Include your asking price or rent and timing if known. For leasing, you can also add availability, lease term, deposit, expenses, and included equipment.
Can I submit a vacant or tenant-occupied property?
Yes. The owner form lets you identify vacant, owner-occupied, tenant-occupied, or partly occupied property. Share the current use and number of units or spaces when relevant so Fares can prepare for your conversation.
Will submitting publish my property as a listing?
No. The form sends your property details to Fares for review. It does not publish a listing or place the property on the MLS. You can schedule a call to discuss your goals and next steps.
